I have not received the Lindsey bag. I have not received a refund for it. I tried to contact Vera Tucci by email, but it doesn’t seem to be possible.

I urgently needed a replacement for my current VT handbag, checked the measurements given on the website and was very happy to have the same bag again. But it arrived it was 1 cm less wide, which means it won’t work for me. Since then I’ve been unable to get a refund or some kind of response from Vera Tucci. Very disappointing!
Have bought a few of these in the past and they are a great fit and good value
