Standard Shipping - 1-3 days from dispatch (UK Only)


UK Shipping Cost
Shipping to anywhere in the UK costs £3.50 for the first item, and £1 for every additional item.


Please note that we cannot dispatch Saturdays, Sundays  or Bank Holidays. Any orders placed on a weekend, or after 1pm on a Friday, are processed for dispatch the next business day

Most UK orders ship with Royal Mail. Larger orders may ship with Parcelforce. 
Royal mail considers items lost after 10 working days however in some areas Royal mail are having some delays due to the lock down situation as well so please allow reasonable time for your order to be delivered under the current circumstances. 

When your order is both made and dispatched you will be sent a confirmation emails by our system automatically. If you have not received either of these please check your spam and junk folders. We can no longer prioritise inquiries regarding this issue, please contact your email provider.
 
Please also be careful to enter your address details correctly, and be careful of autofill mistakes, as we cannot always guarantee to amend your order in time.
 
Once an order is made we can no longer guarantee to make amendments and changes. Please double check your basket before checkout to make sure you have ordered the right thing.
 
Please use the colour and size selectors to choose your items, not the pictures of the items as this will indicate an items availability with a grayed out option for out of stock items. We will not accept responsibility for incorrectly placed orders.
 
 
Refunds and Returns Policy

We hope that you will as happy with your Vera Tucci items as we are, however if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help. 

Refunds and Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please book in your returns at this page first. (http://veratuccioriginals.returnscenter.com) If you wish to be sent a royal mail returns label, please purchase a label from our store before booking in. If your items is faulty or order incorrect then we will waive this requirement. You can also book a return here using your own postage. We recommend always booking your returns in so that we can keep track of your returns as they are in transit to us.

When packaging your return please include a copy of your exchange/refund instructions and your order number. We are unable to process returns that do not include this information. 

Once we receive your item, and approve it, we will notify you that your return has been started, and initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Your refund will be issued between 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return, and this cost is nonrefundable. 

We do not offer refunds on clearance items, apart from in the unlikely event they they arrive to you damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to offer store credit if an item is ineligible for a refund. 

Lost Returns
Please keep your proof of postage safeIf a return parcel is lost in the post, we can only process your refund if you are able to provide proof of postage 40 days after the purchase date.
