…through the clear bag this looked just what I wanted. However when I opened it the smell of something like linseed oil knocked me for 6. Large areas of the bag were covered in sticky patches, especially the rivets holding the buckles and each buckle was tightly wrapped in cling film. I have never received or would expect to receive a new leather bag in this condition and I am baffled why the company think it’s acceptable to send it out like this. Emails received no response so I contacted via Facebook. Now waiting to see if any helps comes back….

It’s a great little bag, but I’ve had it in the shed for two weeks because of the smell! Xxx
