I have not received the Lindsey bag. I have not received a refund for it. I tried to contact Vera Tucci by email, but it doesn’t seem to be possible.

Much smaller than I was expecting, but that's my fault for not checking the measurements.
I feel it was very misleading to show it with a completely different strap, that I had thought was what I was purchasing.
However it is a quality item, and I am enjoying using it.

I’ve bought a few things mostly over shoulder bags and have always been really pleased ,the quality is good and the price is right ,I would recommend

This was my second order. Was fully satisfied with the first one, top quality. But i am much disappointed exactly with this product, Lindsey Large leather bag. Leather already shows wear&tear and o top the clip is broken, the strap can't be attached to the bag. The ban can't be used. Contacted customer service twice, no reaction at all. Very much disappointed.
