This one was too small to fit anything in . i was hoping for useful one.
The hat was a navy faux fur and was so small it wouldnt fit my 8 year old Grandson. But it was a gift, so can’t complain.
The gloves as usual were lovely and ai was pleased to give them as a present.also the Reykavik scarf, was a present for my friend going to see the Northern Lights in Iceland.
I have ordered several times from you and in the past have always been pleased but not so much this time. Sorry.

Refunds and Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
When packaging your return please include a copy of your exchange/refund instructions and your order number. We are unable to process returns that do not include this information.
Once we receive your item, and approve it, we will notify you that your return has been started, and initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Your refund will be issued between 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return, and this cost is nonrefundable.
We do not offer refunds on clearance items, apart from in the unlikely event they they arrive to you damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to offer store credit if an item is ineligible for a refund.
Lost Returns
Please keep your proof of postage safe. If a return parcel is lost in the post, we can only process your refund if you are able to provide proof of postage 40 days after the purchase date.
