We hope that you will as happy with your Vera Tucci items as we are, however if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Refunds and Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please book in your returns at
http://veratuccioriginals.returnscenter.com. If you wish to be sent a royal mail returns label, please purchase a label from our store before booking in. If your items is faulty or order incorrect then we will waive this requirement. You can also book a return here using your own postage. We recommend always booking your returns in so that we can keep track of your returns as they ar in transit to us.
When packaging your return please include a copy of your exchange/refund instructions and your order number. We are unable to process returns that do not include this information.
Once we receive your item, and approve it, we will notify you that your return has been started, and initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Your refund will be issued between 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return, and this cost is nonrefundable.
We do not offer refunds on clearance items, apart from in the unlikely event they they arrive to you damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to offer store credit if an item is ineligible for a refund.
Lost Returns
Please keep your proof of postage safe. If a return parcel is lost in the post, we can only process your refund if you are able to provide proof of postage 40 days after the purchase date.
