Also it's not lined and smelled very much of 'animal' but not the usual leather smell I've had with several other Vera Tucci leather bags I've purchased. I decided to keep it and give as a joke gift but wouldn't advise it unless you want an animal aroma around you. I feel bad because I love Vera Tucci and have always given 5 star reviews but I just can't this time.

Alison Horton Initially i ordered 2 bags from this company which arrived very quickly and are lovely quality. Based on this I then ordered a further 2 bags and a leather bound boxed journal. Again the bags arrived in a timely manner but the journal still hasn’t turned up. I have not had any success getting any reply from Vera Tucci as yet. All in all I doubt that I would take the chance on any further orders.

Refunds and Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
When packaging your return please include a copy of your exchange/refund instructions and your order number. We are unable to process returns that do not include this information.
Once we receive your item, and approve it, we will notify you that your return has been started, and initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Your refund will be issued between 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return, and this cost is nonrefundable.
We do not offer refunds on clearance items, apart from in the unlikely event they they arrive to you damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to offer store credit if an item is ineligible for a refund.
Lost Returns
Please keep your proof of postage safe. If a return parcel is lost in the post, we can only process your refund if you are able to provide proof of postage 40 days after the purchase date.
