Due to our low prices we are unable to offer a free general returns policy for refunds or exchanges. Fortunately we have subsidized the returns process to make it cheaper and easier for you. than the post office directly, and allows us to keep track of everything going back and forth.
Return & Refund
After paying for a Return & Refund, please check your email. We will have sent you a form that you must fill out to complete the Return & Refund process. Once filled out, we can send you a print-out returns label in an email that you will be able to use to return the item(s) to us. Upon receipt of the item, we will process your refund.
Return & Exchange
After paying for a Return & Exchange, please check your email. We will have sent you a form that you must fill out to complete the Return & Exchange process. Once filled out, we can send you a print-out returns label in an email that you will be able to use to return the item(s) to us. Upon receipt of the item, we will process your replacement item to be sent to you.

Error Replacement
We sometimes get things wrong. We are sorry. In the case that things do go wrong we have set up a FREE method to process the return of a wrongly sent/broken item, and for us to then send you the replacement needed. Please check your email after processing an Error Exchange. We will have sent you a form that you must fill out to complete the Error Exchange process. Once filled out, we can send you a print-out returns label that you will be able to use to return the item(s) to us. Upon filling out the form, we will process your replacement item to be sent to you.

Once you have placed the order for the label, or if you prefer to pay for your own postage or courier, please go to http://veratuccioriginals.returnscenter.com and fill in the returns request to book in. Please use your ORIGINAL order number that you are returning items from to book this in not the one generated for the label or we will not be able to issue the label to you due to the way the software works.. If you have multiple order numbers, you can use one label but please book the returns in separately on the portal. If your order is too old to return through the portal contact us on our customer chat here on our website, or get in touch on facebook.
PLEASE NOTE YOU DO NOT NEED TO WAIT FOR THE EMAIL UPON ORDERING THE LABEL YOU CAN GO STRAIGHT TO THE RETURNS PORTAL LINK ABOVE. IF YOU DON'T BOOK IT IN THEN WE CANNOT ISSUE THE LABEL.
We reserve the right to refuse your exchange or refund if upon inspection of your items we decide you have chosen the incorrect label. In this situation, we will contact you to discuss your options. Please include your contact details at checkout.
