Obviously this is great but please please please improve your customer communication. Having links to returns sites which don’t exist and having absolutely no way to contact you is actually unacceptable.

1 is perfect, the other i can't get over my head.
There is no email to ask anyone about this. I've written, no reply.
The returns procedure says use their on line returns and book in, but the page comes up as " not found"
Absolutely no way of contacting anyone. Complete waste of money for a dress that doesn't fit. Awful customer service. Never again.

Refunds and Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
When packaging your return please include a copy of your exchange/refund instructions and your order number. We are unable to process returns that do not include this information.
Once we receive your item, and approve it, we will notify you that your return has been started, and initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Your refund will be issued between 7-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping your return, and this cost is nonrefundable.
We do not offer refunds on clearance items, apart from in the unlikely event they they arrive to you damaged or faulty. We reserve the right to offer store credit if an item is ineligible for a refund.
Lost Returns
Please keep your proof of postage safe. If a return parcel is lost in the post, we can only process your refund if you are able to provide proof of postage 40 days after the purchase date.
