I emailed to ask how I can return this item. It is nice but the belt / strap will not work for me. An automatic reply said you would be in touch but a week later still nothing. Please help.

Leather for this price wow! Great bag for using as a bum bag or cross body bag and useful I would think for those who walk their dogs as it will easily fit any phone plus poo bags of course! Very stylish bag which looks great with the changeable canvas wide straps too

Great bum bag. Ideal for when walking the dog. Large enough to hold bits and bobs with a great smell of leather. Room for purse, keys etc and dog treats of course…

I bought a 'bum bag' to use when out and about, especially travelling. Not much travelling done yet, but the bag is very smart and handy to carry all the essentials. Very useful. Would recommend.
